Your right to cancel
If you're in the UK, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email graciejeanstore@gmail.com with your order number.
Returning an item
Please send items back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of returning it. Please contact us before sending anything so we can give you the return address.
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you've sent it), using your original payment method. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, we'll refund the original delivery charge as well.
Faulty or damaged items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days with your order number and photos, and we'll offer a repair, a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
