Products and pricing
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but this won't affect orders we've already accepted.
Orders
Your order is accepted once we send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there's a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
Delivery, cancellations and returns

Electrical items
Please follow the manufacturer's instructions, and use a suitable plug adapter where one is needed.
Liability
We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law. Consumers elsewhere in the UK can also use their local courts.
